Connect a mailbox
Connecting your email lets Doft read broker rate confirmations automatically, so loads appear on your board without manual data entry.
How to connect
- Go to Settings → Email.
- Choose Connect mailbox and sign in with your email provider.
- Approve read access. Doft only reads messages to find and parse rate confirmations.
Your first sync runs right away; new mail is checked continuously after that.
What happens next
- Incoming messages are classified. Likely rate confirmations are flagged and parsed by the AI.
- Parsed loads land in your review queue — nothing is created blindly; you approve each one.
- You can disconnect a mailbox at any time from the same screen, which revokes Doft's access.
Tips
- Connect the inbox brokers actually email (dispatch@, your personal work inbox, etc.).
